Inbox Intelligence LLC is a US-based digital marketing agency serving pest control companies. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, what we do with it, and how to get it removed. Plain English, no lawyer voice.
When you book a call through this site, our scheduling form collects your name, email address, phone number, and business name. That is the only information you give us directly.
Our host also keeps standard server logs, which record things like an IP address and browser type when a page loads. That is ordinary web hosting, and we do not use it to identify anyone.
We use what you give us to contact you about your inquiry and to provide our services. That means calling or texting you at the number you provided, emailing you, and keeping a record of our conversation so we know where things stand.
We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel on this site to see whether those ads work. The pixel is a small piece of code that loads with the page and uses cookies.
In plain English: when you visit this site, Meta may receive information that a browser visited these pages and, if you book a call, that a booking happened. That is how we tell which ads led to real conversations, and how we show follow-up ads to people who have already visited. The pixel does not send Meta the name, email, phone number, or business name you typed into the booking form.
We use HighLevel (also called LeadConnector) for scheduling and customer management — that is where your booking and contact record live. We use Vercel to host this website.
These companies handle information on our behalf so we can run the business. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with lead generators or advertisers to market to you.
We keep your contact information and the record of our conversation for as long as we are working together, or as long as it is useful for following up on your inquiry.
You can ask us to delete it at any time. Email pep@inboxintelligence.email and we will remove your information from our systems and confirm when it is done.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which stops the Meta Pixel from tracking your visit. Most browsers let you do this under Privacy or Security settings.
You can also control what Meta does with advertising data in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences, under Ad settings.
Either way, you can email us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
Questions or requests about anything on this page go to pep@inboxintelligence.email.
